I’m writing this from the car on our way to Boston for a volleyball tournament. If you’ve never been to a sports tournament, just picture a convention center packed with competitive teens, stressed-out parents, and a desperate search for decent coffee. It’s an experience.
Last year, I was so sick at this exact tournament that I barely remember half of it (shoutout to my immune system for absolutely failing me). But this year? I’m overdosing on vitamin C and keeping a safe distance from my germ-infested children.
Since I’ll be spending countless hours in the car and sitting in between games, I figured I’d share my current podcast obsessions. These are the ones I’m listening to hard right now—whether you need organization tips, parenting wisdom, football talk, or straight-up entertainment, I’ve got you covered.
Podcasts I’m Loving Right Now (and in No Particular Order):
This Organized Life – If you love all things decluttering, organizing, and simplifying life, this one’s a must-listen. Hosted by Laurie Palau, it’s the perfect mix of practical organizing strategies and real-life conversations about why we struggle with stuff in the first place. Whether you’re an organizing pro or someone who just wants to find their countertops again, Laurie’s got you.
The Exit Interview with Kim Rittberg – Ever fantasized about quitting your job and doing something totally different? Host Kim Rittberg dives into real, raw conversations about career pivots, tough transitions, and what happens when people walk away from traditional success to chase something more meaningful. It’s inspiring, eye-opening, and a little bit addictive.
The Heartful Parent Podcast – Parenting is hard, but this podcast makes it feel just a little bit easier. Hosted by Christy Keating, it’s full of heart-centered advice on raising kids, setting boundaries, and managing all the tough stuff that comes with parenting in today’s world. No shame, no guilt—just smart, compassionate conversations.
Together 4 Good – A faith-based podcast, hosted by Pastor Nate Preisinger, that dives into real conversations about life, community, and religion without feeling preachy. If you’ve ever felt disconnected from the traditional church setting, this might just be what you need.
Podcasting Business School – If you’re a podcaster (or thinking about becoming one), this is a gold mine of information. Host Adam Schaeuble breaks down marketing, monetization, and growth strategies in a way that actually makes sense. No fluff—just actionable advice that helps you get more listeners and make money from your podcast.
Mel Robbins Podcast – You know those days when you need someone to tell you to get your life together? That’s what Mel Robbins does best. She’s equal parts motivational speaker, tough-love coach, and your best friend who won’t let you make excuses. Expect practical advice, personal stories, and the occasional kick in the pants.
Not Gonna Lie with Kylie Kelce – Kylie Kelce is officially America’s favorite football wife, and honestly, this podcast just proves why. She’s funny, down-to-earth, and unfiltered about life, sports, and whatever else is on her mind. Whether you’re an Eagles fan (Go Birds! 🦅) or just love a good, real conversation, this one’s a must-listen.
New Heights with Jason & Travis Kelce – If you love football, brotherly banter, or just watching two ridiculously entertaining humans talk, this one’s for you. Jason and Travis Kelce give a behind-the-scenes look at life in the NFL, but even if you don’t care about football, their sibling dynamic alone is worth tuning in for.
Good Content with Shannon McKinstrie – If you’re into social media or marketing, Shannon McKinstrie is the queen of making content creation simple and effective. She shares tips that actually work (without feeling spammy or salesy), plus insights on growing your brand online without losing your sanity. It’s like a social media pep talk in podcast form.
Crime Junkie – If you love true crime, you need to listen to Crime Junkie. Hosted by Ashley Flowers and Brit Prawat, this podcast dives into chilling unsolved cases, shocking crimes, and missing person stories with just the right amount of suspense and storytelling. The way they break down cases will have you double-checking your locks and questioning everything. Each episode is gripping, well-researched, and will absolutely leave you saying, “Wait, WHAT?” If you like your true crime with a side of obsession, this one’s for you.
So, if you need me this weekend, I’ll be bouncing between volleyball courts and sneaking in podcast episodes whenever I can.
Got a podcast recommendation for me? Let me know—I’m always looking for my next listen!
